Once you find a property that fits your needs, we handle all the details, from scheduling viewings to guiding you through the application process, ensuring you understand every step along the way.

Here’s how our system works from start to finish:

1. Discover the Perfect Property
Property owners list their apartments or houses on our platform, providing all the essential details, including location, features, rental terms, and availability. Tenants can easily browse through the options and find the property that best suits their needs..

2. Apply for Inspection
Once a tenant has selected the property, they choose the desired move-in date and rental contract duration. After this, they proceed by following the necessary steps to complete the reservation.

3. Secure Your Reservation
To secure the property, the tenant confirms payment for the first month's rent and the security deposit, as instructed by VOHNE Real Estate. The funds are safely held in our trusted bank account until after the inspection and the tenant's final decision.

4. Private Property Viewing
A private viewing appointment is arranged. The tenant, accompanied by an agent, inspects the property in person or via videocall, ensuring that all details meet their expectations. Any legal documents related to the rental agreement are also reviewed at this stage.

5. Make Your Decision
After the viewing, the tenant has two options:
- Accept the Property: If the tenant is satisfied with the property, they will sign the rental agreement. The payment for the first month's rent and the security deposit will be considered final, and the tenant is fully committed to the rental. The keys will be handed over on the agreed move-in date, and the rental agreement will take effect.
- Refuse the Property: If the tenant decides not to proceed with the rental after the viewing or at any time before signing the rental agreement, they can cancel the reservation. The tenant will receive a full refund of the first month's rent and the security deposit, as long as the cancellation occurs before signing the rental agreement. If the agreement has already been signed, no refund will be issued.

6. Move In with Confidence
Once the tenant accepts the property, VOHNE Real Estate releases the funds to the property owner. The tenant receives the keys, and the rental agreement is officially in place. The tenant can then move in on the agreed date, confident that everything is finalized.
